Encounter Quick-start Guide

Description

This Quick-start Guide will take you through a few of the mechanics used in Encounter. With a small number of units and game assets you can run through the scenarios and get acquanted with shooting, moving, and engaging. This is just a taste and it does not include the more detailed aspects of each mechanic, but it will help you get up and running fast!

Encounter is the hex-based, miniatures agnostic game that takes the tape measures out of wargaming and replaces them with FUN. Get started by adding a handful of 3mm to 10mm miniatures, a few bits of terrain, and a cunning plan!

The playing surface is a mere 60cm square (30cm if you’re mad enough to try the 3mm scale version), and the one player will usually emerge victorious within just an hour of play time.
